Sketch Engine is an online web service that cannot be downloaded. However, if you would like to use Sketch Engine locally on your computer/server, you can download NoSketch Engine; an open-source version of Sketch Engine with certain functionality limitations. Sketch Engine itself is offered for local installation only to institutions and companies. It is subject to additional prices which are relatively high due to the complicated process of installation, the amount of data (the biggest corpora have hundreds of GBs), and the need to manage up-to-date version remotely.
