The only difference is the number of available features which depends on the script the language uses and the tools we have for the particular language
Currently, Sketch Engine offers corpora in approximately 100 languages. The tools available for these languages can be found in this list. If you cannot find your language in that list, please go to this page which provides you more information on available tools for unsupported languages. The concordance search tool is available in any case.
When you create a corpus and you cannot find your language in the list of languages, please select the other option and see this page to know which tools will be available for your language.
